The instant anticipatory bail application under Section 482 B.N.S.S has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with the FIR No. 228/2025, registered at the Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 118(2) and 109(1) of the B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general omnibus allegations have been levelled against the petitioner. The allegation of causing fatal blow on the head of the injured-Kamla have been levelled against the co-accused-Dinesh. The petitioner is a lady carrying pregnancy of more than 24 weeks. The petitioner is ready to face the trial and her custodial arrest is not required, therefore, indulgence of anticipatory bail be granted to the petitioner. 3. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record. 5 Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the petitioner and looking to the fact that no specific overt-act has been assigned to her rather the same has been assigned to the co-accused Dinesh and also looking to the fact that the petitioner is a lady carrying pregnancy of more than 24 weeks and her custodial arrest is not required and since the trial will take its own time, thus, this Court is of the opinion to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner under Section 482 B.N.S.S. 6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioner Manisha W/o Manraj @ Manager in connection with FIR No. 228/2025, registered at the Police Station Indergarh, District Bundi, the petitioner shall be released on bail; provided she furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer/S.H.O. on the following conditions:- (i). that the petitioner/s shall make himself/herself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required (ii). that the petitioner/s shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer; and (iii). that the petitioner/s shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
