Petitioner Moinuddin has approached this court by means of criminal miscellaneous writ petition challenging the order impugned passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Meerut whereby the petitioner who is a convict has been directed to surrender. Upon perusal of the impugned order, we do not find any illegality or infirmity in the same. As a result the writ petition fails and is liable to be dismissed. 4. It is accordingly dismissed. 5.
