No. 109 of 2004 (Smt. Vidya Devi v. Anil Pandey) to the Withdrawal Application, an objection has been filed by the counsel for the respondents. 2. Since the appellant seeks to withdraw the present appeal, the same is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to reserving the rights which stands accrue to the respondent. 3.
