This Court, vide order dated 18.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4101 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Prashant Sharma @ Pintu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.02.02 16:27:31 +0530 2 copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier, on 24.01.2025, this Court had granted time for compliance with the order dated 18.07.2024, regarding the conclusion of the trial. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Raipur District - Raipur (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 02.01.2026, has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from the perusal of the PUD that the trial could not proceed on account of the absence of prosecution witnesses and non- service of summons and warrants issued to them. Consequently, the evidence could not be recorded. Therefore, he prays for the grant of a further period of six months to conclude the trial. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
