In view of this statement, petitioner is directed to deposit 7.5% of the cheque amount before Member, Secretary, H.P. Legal Services Authority, Kasumpti, Shimla, as per the judgment of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Sanjabij Tari vs. Kishore S.
