JUSTICE M.I.ARUN ORAL ORDER The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a Data Entry Operator in respondent No.4-Grama Panchayat and his services have been terminated illegally. Hence he has preferred an appeal before respondent No.2 - Zilla Panchayath - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:15955 WP No. 8684 of 2026 and the appeal is pending before respondent No.2. However no progress has happened in the appeal and in fact number also has not been given to the appeal. Hence, the present petition is filed with the following prayers:- "i. Issue a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal dated 11/02/2025 filed by the petitioner as per Annexure L to the writ petition by passing appropriate orders under the facts and circumstances of the case and ii. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant under the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity." 2.
