Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2026 in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No. 88 of 2025, for the alleged offence registered under Sections 80 (2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is the husband of the victim but the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the victim had committed suicide and no injury except asphyxia was found. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party-State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds that as per the First Information Report the date of marriage was 11.03.2024 and the victim committed suicide in the matrimonial home and there is 2026:JHHC:14350 2 direct and specific allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 6. The instant bail application is hereby rejected. 7.
