HRTC & Anr.2, wherein respondents were directed to consider petitioner’s case for grant of pension in terms of decision rendered in Sunder Singh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.3 and Balo Devi & Ors. Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.4 2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have already passed the consideration order, pursuant to the above, holding the petitioner entitled to pensionary benefits. A copy of letter dated 16.01.2026, issued in this regard, has been placed on record. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner's case for pension shall be processed upon receipt of the requisite documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall render all assistance in providing the requisite documents as called for by the respondents. In view of the above, let the case be processed expeditiously by the respondents. The petitioner shall extend due cooperation to the respondents. With above observations, the present execution petition to stand disposed of. Liberty is, however, reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for the redressal of her surviving grievances, if any.
