This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed for the followings reliefs:- "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 13.01.2026 passed by the learned SDO (Rev) Abhanpur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the private respondents No.1 and 2 to restrain alienate the suit property till the final decision of pending civil suit No.182A/2023, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mutation dispute was pending consideration before the Naib Tahsildar, Abahanpur in Revenue Case No.2025051104000010/A-6/Year 2024-25 Village Nimora, where order dated 23.06.2025 (Annexure-P/2) has been passed by the Naib Tahsildar holding that the revenue case shall be binding to the outcome of final decision of Civil Suit No.182-A/2023 pending before the Civil Judge, Class-II, Raipur. However, the aforesaid order dated 23.06.2025 has been set-aside by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Abahanpur, District Raipur vide order dated 13.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1) in Revenue Appeal No. 202507111100011-A/6 Year 2024-25 and the suit land has been directed to record in the name of respondents No.1 and 2, which is unsustainable. Therefore, the case may be admitted for hearing. 3. Learned State counsel would support the order impugned. He also submits that the petitioner has efficacious alternative remedy to challenge the 3 impugned order under Section 44 (2) the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, therefore, at this juncture the present petition is not maintainable. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents annexed with the petition. 5. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the parties and considering that the petitioner is challenging the order dated 13.01.2026 (Annexure-P/1) passed in revenue appeal by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Abhanpur against which efficacious remedy is available to the petitioner to challenge it before the concerned Collector under Section 44 (2) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage. 6.
