1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to correct the gradation list of the petitioner and consider the petitioner seniority from the date of appointment and provide further consequential benefits like promotion to higher post. 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to to submit representation before Respondent No. 3 and direction be issued to the concerned authority to take decision on representation of petitioner at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner, he is having no objection. 4.
On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, without commenting any thing on the merits of the case, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioner to submit
3 representation before Respondent No. 3 raising their grievance and in the event petitioner submits such a representation, Respondent No. 3 shall consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
