Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of Case No. 903/2024 (Priyanka Vs. Bharat), under Sections- 144 BNSS Police Station- Dankaur, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the the matter is pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Buddh Nagar, since 04.10.2024. The applicant no.1 is the wife and applicant no.2 is minor child of opposite party no.2. The trial has pending since 2024 and considerable time has already been lapsed but nothing has been done. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
