After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. However, he would submit that looking to the detention period of the applicant, the learned 2 trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial of the case as the applicant is in jail since 13.06.2025. 2. The submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant is not opposes by learned State counsel. 3. On the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application of the applicant is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Also Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 13.06.2025 and as per the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant that till date only 08 witnesses have been examined out of the 25 witnesses, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the case and make all his endeavour for early disposal of the trial. 5.
