1. This bail application has been filed on behalf of the accused- petitioner under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 402/2025 registered at Police Station Sadar Sikar, District Sikar for the offence(s) under Section(s) 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1), 307, 351(2), 351(3) and 324(2) of BNS.

Learned counsel for the accused-petitioner submits that the accused-petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the accused-petitioner is behind the bars since 23.10.2025. He further submits that charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner has already been filed. He further submits that none of the injuries sustained by the injured are dangerous to life. He further submits that there is no criminal antecedent against the accused-

He further submits that co-accused persons namely Shayar Singh and Ghanshyampuri have already been enlarged on bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.03.2026 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 2349/2026 and 13.01.2026 in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No. 16010/2025 respectively and conclusion of trial will take its own time, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-petitioner in custody and therefore, prays that the accused-petitioner may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS.
3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes the submissions made by learned counsel for the accused- petitioner hereinabove.

Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the parties that there is no criminal antecedent against the accused-petitioner. The accused-petitioner is behind the bars since 23.10.2025. Charge-sheet against the accused-petitioner has already been filed. Co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Trial will take its own time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case, this Court deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.

Therefore, this bail application under Section 483 BNSS is accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioner Rohit Meena S/o Shri Hari Babu is ordered to be released on bail, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court
