JUSTICE V SRISHANANDA ORAL ORDER After addressing the arguments for sometime, learned counsel for the revision petitioner has filed a memo for withdrawal. 2. Memo reads as under: "The undersigned counsel for the petitioner herewith submits that the Hon'ble Court fine - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14402 CRL.RP No. 1301 of 2018 amount is two lakhs, already deposited 50% fine deposit balance amount deposit the trial Court one month time deposit the balance amount in the interest of justice. Kindly permit the Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Placing the memo on record, petition stands disposed of. 4. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the memo is not paid, petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the trial Magistrate. 5.
