Also heard Mr. Atul Kumar Kesharwani, learned counsel, appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 as well as Mr. Rohitashva Singh, learned Deputy Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent Nos. 4 to 6/State.. 2. This writ petition (s) has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief: “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to this case from possession of the respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 1 to 3to correct their records (records of SECL) in respect of khasra no. 376/45 and khasra no. 376/28 (which were acquired from the petitioner and from his wife) situated in village suwabhondi, patwari Halka no. 35, Rajaswa Nirikshak Mandal- Hardibazar, District - Korba, (C.G) by recording all above stated khasra numbers in sole name of the petitioner; 10.3 Because, Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 1 to 3 given proper placement to the petitioner in the list of Khatedar/ land owner eligible for employment in descending order in respect of Suwabhondi Village by placing the name of the petitioner at serial no. 38 or at any other serial no. which would be found fit and proper; and 3 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ, order or direction commanding the respondent no. 1 to 3 in the list of khatedar/ land owner eligible for employment including the petitioner is entitled for employment with respondent SECL, in lieu of acquisition of land. 10.5 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper according to the facts and circumstances of the case along with the cost of the petitioner.” 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, on the instructions of his client, he seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. 4.
