No.64 of 2026, dt.22.03.2026, of Undrajavaram Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 85 read with 3(5) of B.N.S and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioners are arrayed as A.1 to A.5. 2. During the course of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that investigation in F.I.R. No.64 of 2026 was ended in filing charge sheet vide C.C. No.286 of 2026 before the II Additional Junior Civil Judge-Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tanuku. 3. In pursuance of the recent developments, it appears, the petitioner may challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. 4. Accordingly, instant criminal petition is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised, according to law. 5.
