Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the State respondents. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, by the applicants, namely, 1. Ramjan Ali, 2. Fulbahar Begum, 3. Abdulla Hoque, 4. Merina Begum, 5. Afrina Ahmed, praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Sipajhar Police Station Case No. 68/2026, registered under Sections 74/115(2)/117(2)/118(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. It is submitted by Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the charge-sheet in the meantime has been submitted on 24.05.2026 vide Charge-sheet No. 62/2026, in connection with Sipajhar Police Station Case No. 68/2026. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the fact that the charge-sheet has already been submitted, the present anticipatory bail application stands closed. 5. However, the applicants are granted liberty to appear before the learned jurisdictional Court within a period of 10 (ten) days from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. 6. In the event such an application is filed, the learned jurisdictional court shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law. 7. The interim order dated 13.05.2026 shall continue for the next 10 (ten) days from the date of this order or till the appearance of the applicants before the learned jurisdictional Court, whichever is earlier.
