Sikdar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. B. Sharma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State of Assam. 2. This is an application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Page No.# 2/3 Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for grant of regular bail to the accused-applicant, namely, Prasanta Rout, in connection with Sessions Case No. 15/2026, corresponding to Rangia P.S. Case No. 24/2026, under Section 103(2) of BNS, 2023 pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kamrup, Amingaon. 3. The gist of accusation in this case is that on 01.02.2026, one Babby Begum had lodged an FIR before the Officer-In-Charge of Rangia police station, inter alia, alleging that her husband was serving as Home guard at GRP Police Station, Rangia. On 29.01.2026, at around 1:30 PM, the husband of the informant went out from home towards Rangia GRP Police Station. After completion of his duties and states that he was returning to home by his bike. However, he did not return back to home. On the next day, i.e., on 30.01.2026, morning at 7:00 AM, the informant and the family members identified the dead body of Imran Hussain lying at road side area of NH-27, Balagaon. The dead person was found in wearing Khaki uniform. Unknown miscreants had brutally killed him by assaulting hard substance as a result he sustained grievous hurt which was lead to death. Further, the miscreants also took always one mobile phones and one Glamour bike bearing Registration No. AS-01EE-6873. Accordingly, a case has been registered as Rangia P.S. Case No. 24/26 under Section 103(1) of BNS, 2023. 4. Scanned copy of the trial court record has been received. 5. It appears that the charge sheet has already been submitted. 6. The materials available on record do no prima facie attribute any Page No.# 3/3 role to the present petitioner in the commission of murder of the deceased. 7. Having regard to the above, the prayer for bail is allowed. 8. Therefore, it is directed that the above-named accused-applicant shall be released forthwith from the judicial custody on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two local sureties of like nature, at least one of whom should be a Government servant, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court, subject to the following conditions: - (i) That the accused-applicant shall appear before the Trial Court as and when required; (ii) The accused-applicant shall not hamper or tamper with any evidence or influence any witnesses connected with the case. 9.
