The appeal challenges the order dated 31.07.2026 whereby the writ petitioner-appellant was transferred from Chirawa to Jhunjhunu. The transfer order dated 10.07.2026 challenged by the appellant, posts her from Chirawa to Malsisar Nursery Jhunjunu. She holds a post of Forester and the posting orders are in the same district. We find that the posting/transfers are within the same district. 4. Learned Single Judge has also noted that the transfer is only 43 KM away and has, therefore, not interfered, we too do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned single Judge. 5.
