He submits that the respondent-MCD will conduct a joint inspection along with petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: i. A joint inspection shall be carried out by MCD along with petitioner, in the presence of a representative of BSES. ii. The inspection shall be carried out on 24th July, 2026 at 11:00 AM. iii. Based on the inspection, MCD will take appropriate action in accordance with law. 4. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorized construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 5.
