The present Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant/appellant seeking condonation of the delay of 94 days in preferring the connected Writ Appeal against the common judgment and order dated 01.04.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No. 1380/2025 & other connected cases. 3.
