BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA HONOURABLE MRS. JUSTICE SHAMIMA JAHAN ORDER Date : 06-08-2026 (M. Zothankhuma, J) Heard Mr. M. Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. R. Mondal appearing on behalf of Mr. S.K. Poddar, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. Mr. M. Rahman, learned counsel for the applicant prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the application, stating that the applicant does not wish to make a challenge to the Non Bailable Warrant of Arrest issued against the applicant. After hearing the counsels for the parties at some length, we allow the prayer of the learned counsel for the applicant for withdrawal. The I.A. is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, inasmuch as, the applicant has also been appearing before the learned Family Court, thereby appearing in two forums for the same matter in issue, which cannot be allowed.
