The basic grievance of the petitioners in the present petitions is as regards to the proceedings which have been taken place before the Local Commissioner appointed by the learned Trial Court. 2. At this stage, the parties are in agreement that in case the petitioners seek to move an application before the learned Trial Court for the change of the Local Commissioner, the respondent herein has no objection to the same. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes that he shall be moving an appropriate application for change of the Local Commissioner within one week from today. 4. In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in the present matters. 5. Accordingly, the present petitions along with pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
