The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the Assistant Commissioner remanding the matter back to the Committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation to reconsider the application, by order dated 22.06.2022 at Annexure-D, the respondent- Tahsildar has not placed the application before the Committee for its consideration and no orders are passed by the Committee till date. 3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a specific direction to respondent No.3, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11644 WP No. 37080 of 2025 Tahsildar, Bagepalli Taluk, to place the application of the petitioner before the Committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Committee shall thereafter take up the application, reconsider the matter and pass necessary orders in the light of the observations made in the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner and dispose of the application as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two(2) months from the date when which the application would be placed by the Tahsildar before the Committee.
