This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early decision of Case No. 439/2022 (Smt. Saraswati Devi Vs. Molai), under Section- 128 Cr.P.C. Police Station- Kotwali , District- Maharajganj, pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mahrajganj. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the aforesaid exclusive case is pending since the year 2022 and considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
