1. Affidavit of Service filed on behalf of the petitioner be kept with the records.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the larger question of human trafficking. The petitioner is a registered organization working for protection and rehabilitation of survivors and seeks urgent intervention of this Court to pursue the fight against human trafficking, sexual exploitation and prolonged captivity as well as rehabilitation.
3. On behalf of the State respondents it is submitted that the writ petition is not maintainable and in the garb of espousing

the cause of another the petitioner is sheltering illegal migrants from Bangladesh.
4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the parties, WPA/1104/2025 is dismissed as not pressed on the prayer of the petitioner to file a Public Interest Litigation if so permitted in accordance with law.
