This writ petition has been filed against an order dated 7.2.2025 wherein petitioners' unit was found to be polluting the environment. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3 states that the petitioners have an efficacious remedy under section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. 3. We do find substance in the submission advanced by learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3. 4. Accordingly, if the petitioners file an appeal within a period of 15 days along with a certified copy of this order, then the same shall be considered in accordance with law without going into the question of limitation within a period of two months from the date of filing of the appeal. 5. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of.
