Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 4. The petitioner claiming absolute right over the property based on the registered sale deed dated 22.07.1982 in Document No.1510/1982 and has put up a construction and the patta was also issued in Patta No.169 in the name of the petitioner's father. 5.
