Vide PUD dated 08.10.2025, Judge, Family Court, Korba, District Korba (C.G.) has sought further extension of time to dispose of Civil Suit No.25A/24 newly registered as Civil Suit No. 59-A/2025 (Ritesh Kumar Sharma vs. Smt. Tulika Tiwari) after transferred from Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Janjgir, Disrict Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) which was directed to dispose of preferably within period of four months from the date of receipt of the record from the transferring Court vide order dated 25.03.2025 passed in TPC No.167/2024 ( Smt.
