The case pertains to commercial quantity which was being transported in a truck being driven by the applicant. 3. Learned counsel for applicant also submits that there is nothing to indicate his conscious possession and he was only a daily-wager, having no knowledge of any contraband there being in his truck. 4. After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present bail application with liberty to file it afresh once charges are ascertained. 5. In view of the above, present bail application is disposed of as not pressed. 6. All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 7. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 8.
