Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Tenali I Town Police Station, Guntur District, stating that the police have filed charge sheet and the case was numbered as C.C. No. 856 of 2020 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali. The said case was ended in acquittal by judgment dated 28.02.2023. 3. In view of the said statement, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
