1. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been declared selected for the Post of Nursing Officer vide order dated 19.08.2026 and the necessary appointment order shall also be issued within a period of three days.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the present contempt petition is disposed of.
3. Contempt notices are discharged.
4. In case, the appointment order is not issued within the period of three days, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an application for revival of this contempt petition.
5. It is made clear that in issuing the appointment order, the Model Code of Conduct for elections shall not come in way.
