When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner’s son and that he was called only for executing a bond under Section 110 of Cr.P.C. and that the respondent police are not harassing the petitioner and her family members. 3. Such being the position, it is for the Investigating Agency to issue appropriate notice to the petitioner’s son under Section 35(3) of BNSS for enquiry and on receipt of such notice, the petitioner’s son shall appear for enquiry and co-operate in the investigation.
