Bhattacharjee, learned Standing Counsel, Revenue Department for the respondent no. 1; and Mr. N. Das, learned Junior Government Advocate, Assam for the respondent nos. 2 & 3. At the inception, the learned counsel for the State respondents have raised objection regarding vagueness and lack of proper details in the writ petition regarding any right title and interest over the concerned plots of land in favour of the petitioners. Mr. Mazarbhuiyan, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh with full particulars.
