The petitioners' grievance is that their Plot No. 565M area 0.2151 hectare situated in Village - Derapur, Tehsil Derapur, District Kanpur Dehat has been taken over by the respondents without any acquisition. In this regard, the petitioners have moved an application/representation dated 01.08.2026 for redressal of their grievance. 3. Under the circumstances, without going into the merit of the case, we direct that the respondent no. 2 may decide the application/representation of the petitioners dated 01.08.2026 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order strictly in accordance with law. 4.
