1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:-
“10.1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities particularly the respondent No.4 to release the GPF
2 amount in favour of petitioner within the period of 30 days along with interest of 18% p.a.
10.2. That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.”

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that respondent No.4 has issued a letter on 29.1.2026 to respondent No.3 asking for relevant documents and information of petitioner as mentioned in the letter. However, till date such information and documents have not been forwarded by respondent No.3. He submits that if respondent No.3 forwards the documents and information pertaining to petitioner through online as also offline mode, the claim of petitioner will be considered and finalized in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.1 to 3-State would submit that appropriate expeditious steps will be taken pursuant to letter dated 29.1.2026 of respondent No.4. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. Considering the nature of grievance raised by petitioner, this writ petition, at this stage, is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to forward necessary documents and information, as sought by respondent No.4 vide letter dated 29.1.2026, through both modes i.e. online and off-line, with an
3 intimation to the petitioner, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
Respondent No.4 is directed to consider and take decision on the claim of petitioner based on information and documents to be forwarded by respondent No.1 to 3 within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of documents and information. 6.
