Chauhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent authorities are in the process of considering the case of the petitioner and therefore he has instructions to withdraw the writ petition. He however submits that liberty may be granted to file a fresh in case the same is required. Mr. K.M. Hassan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. D.C. Borah, learned CGC submits that he has no objection to the prayer. In view of above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
