Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the State. 2. The applicant, who is in custody since 04.09.2023, has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. Case No.514 of 2023, arising out of Karon P.S. Case No.37 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Madhupur. The charge has been framed on 19.04.2024 under Sections 302/34 and 304B/34 of the IPC. 3. The prayer for bail of the applicant were earlier rejected by this Court vide orders dated 12.02.2024 & 18.08.2025 passed in B.A. No.11641 of 2023 and B.A. No.8575 of 2024 respectively. It is a third attempt. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of FIR along with its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that the charge has been already framed and out of nineteen charge-sheeted witnesses, twelve witnesses have been examined. Considering the nature of crime, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the appellant. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the applicant is hereby, rejected once again.
