By virtue of the present bail application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks grant of extension of interim bail for a period of three months to the applicant in FIR No.587/2022 dated 03.07.2022 registered at PS.: Paschim Vihar East under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
