In the aforesaid order, the names of the learned advocates “Mr. J. Bhattacharya” and “Mr. Abhishek Singh” have been deleted from the array of Counsel for the parties. 3. In the first line of the first paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression “None appears for the applicant” shall stand corrected and be read as “None appears for the parties”. 4. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 20.04.2026. 5. The other parts of the order dated 20.04.2026 shall remain unaltered. 6.
