No. 158 of 2022 showing that the accused in this case, against whom a non-bailable warrant was pending, had surrendered before the Trial Court on 18.03.2026 and that the case is posted for cross-examination of P.W.1 on 27.03.2026. 3. A copy of the said E-Court adjudication is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
