The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.2253 of 2023, registered for the offence under Section 47 (a) of the Excise Act and the case is pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class., Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and the allegation has been made of recovery of 30 litres of country- made liquor. 4. She submits that due to some family function, the said liquor was stored. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that allegation of said recovery of the liquor from the house of the petitioner is there. 6. Considering that thirty litres of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner and it has been pointed out that there was some family function, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. 7. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties 2026:JHHC:15249 2 [A.B.A. No. 2664 of 2025] of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class., Jamshedpur, in connection with Complaint Case No.2253 of 2023 and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
