This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 101 of 2022 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) at Bishnupur, Bankura along with an application for amendment of plaint under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed in connection therewith. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have instituted the suit for declaration and injunction in the year 2022. In the said suit, the petitioners have filed an application for amendment of plaint under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code, which is pending since 2024. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed, no direction for prior service of the revisional application along with notice is being made. However, the petitioners shall be obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with 2 a copy of this order upon the opposite parties as well as the learned Advocates representing the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused of the materials on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Bishnupur, Bankura to dispose of the petitioners’ application for amendment of plaint under Order VI Rule 17 of the Code as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed. 5. The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 101 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the said application for amendment of plaint. 6. CO 1272 of 2026 stands disposed of with the above observations. 7. No cost. 8.
