1. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners have been declared selected for the Post of Nursing Officer vide order dated 17.08.2026 and the necessary appointment orders shall also be issued within a period of three days.
2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the present contempt petitions are disposed of.
3. Contempt notices are discharged.
4. In case, the appointment orders are not issued within the period of three days, the petitioners would be at liberty to make applications for revival of these contempt petitions.
5. It is made clear that in issuing the appointment orders, the Model Code of Conduct for elections shall not come in way.
6. The copy of this order be placed in connected file.
