Case No.1084 of 2025 dated 23.08.2025 under Sections 329(3)/132/223/111(3)/111(4)/ 324(4)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. And In the matter of: Rony Sk @ Roni Sk … petitioner Ms. Sabrina Parveen … for the petitioner Mr. Suman De Mr. Ashok Das … for the State Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Identification of the petitioner is in serious dispute in this matter. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that the petitioner along with others, were transporting contraband across the Bangladesh border. When they were challenged by the BSF, they allegedly hurled grenades and fled away. While they were coming back, they were identified and named by local witnesses. Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the restrictions contained in Section 37 of the NDPS Act, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. 2 The application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected.
