The applicant, who is aged about 19 years, is in custody since 25.08.2025, has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No.127 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 111/ 319(2)/ 318(4)/ 338/ 336(3)/ 340(2)/ 61(2)/ 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Sections 66(C)/ 66(D) of the I.T Act. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicant has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that this applicant has no criminal antecedent. The investigation is complete. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the fact that no criminal antecedent has been reported against this applicant, I am inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the applicant is directed to be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No.127 of 2025, on the condition that the applicant will submit self-attested photocopy - 1 - B.A. No.390 of 2026 2026:JHHC:x5333xx of his Aadhaar Card and also submit his mobile number before the learned trial court which he will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
