ORDER: -
This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent authorities not to disburse or to make payment of the compensation amount in respect of the land with an extent of 0.7895 hectares comprised in R.S.No.23/1 of Cheruvu Madhavaram Village, G. Konduru Mandal, Krishna District, in favour of any persons, till the final disposal of O.S.No.56 of 2020, pending on the file of the Junior Civil Judge Court, Mylavaram, Krishna District. 2. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 herein, has placed written instructions from the 2nd respondent. In the said written instructions the relevant paragraph is extracted herein under:
“In this connection, it is submitted that an extent of 7689 Sq.mtrs in R.S.No.23/1B of land was acquired in Cheruvumadhavaram Village, G. Konduru Mandal. Out of the total extent, the petitioner stating extent in this writ petition, acquired extent comes to 2752 Sq.mtrs (Ac.0.68 cents) and the entire compensation amount of Rs.23,86,472/- was kept under the joint account of CALA cum Joint Collector, NTR District & PD, NHAI, Khammam until the outcome of

adjudication orders issued from the respective courts i.e., O.S.No.56/2020 filed by Sri. Vemuru Venkata Gopala Krishna Murthy against Sri. Kancherla Nandhini and 11 others and another O.S.No.181/2010 filed by Sri. Kona Venkateswara Rao against Sri. Pasupuleti Nagulamma and two others. In view of the above, it is finally submitted that the acquired land compensation will be disbursed only after the outcome of the adjudication orders issued in O.S.No.56/2020 & O.S.No.181/2010, then only action will be taken as per the orders issued by the respective Courts. The same may be brought to the notice of Hon'ble High Court of A.P., in the said writ petition and with a request to dispose of the said Writ Petition.”
3. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent made it clear that the compensation for the acquired land will be disbursed only after the disposal of O.S.No.56 of 2020 and O.S.No.181 of 2010. Thus, it is clear that the relief sought by the petitioner is already considered by the respondents. 4.
In view of the same, placing the written instructions of the 2nd respondent on record, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 5
