Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.08.2025 in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No.154 of 2025 in POCSO Case No.88 of 2025, registered under Sections 96/64 (1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Section 4 of POCSO Act, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Chatra. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is 31 years of age, has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been alleged in the F.I.R that the victim, aged 15 years, was taken away by the petitioner on 29.07.2025, and the F.I.R., regarding missing of the victim was filed on 01.08.2025. He further submits that the petitioner happens to be a relative of the victim and that the victim was recovered from the bus stand. The charge-sheet has already been submitted. 4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS as received from the concerned court, there is direct allegation against the petitioner having committed the offence. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, this bail application is rejected. 6.
