By way of this application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, the applicant, Page No.# 2/2 namely, Shahadat Hussain Talukdar, who was arrested on 21.07.2026 is seeking regular bail in connection with Satgaon Police Station Case No. 85/2026, registered under Sections 329(4)/296/117(2)/74/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. It is submitted by Mr. B Sharma, learned APP that in the meantime charge-sheet has been submitted in Satgaon P.S. Case No. 85/2026 vide Charge-Sheet No. 66/2026 dated 30.07.2026. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands disposed of, by directing the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for his regular bail, if so advised.
