In support of this contention, reliance is placed on the case status generated through the E-Portal maintained by the District Court, Bengaluru Rural. Be that as it may, if a private complaint under Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. was indeed filed, the petitioner would be entitled to obtain a certified copy of the same, unless the records have been destroyed by the concerned Court in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to submit a fresh application seeking a certified copy of the private complaint. 4. In the event such an application is submitted, the concerned Shirastedar shall examine the request and issue an appropriate endorsement in accordance with law. Consequently, the captioned petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM) JUDGE HDK/List No.: 1 Sl No.: 18
